Lisa Copeland (She/Her)

Lisa joined Katy Pride to promote equality and provide safe LGBTQ+ spaces in the Katy community. Her passion is providing support for LGBTQ+ youth lacking family acceptance. Lisa has been an active member of PFLAG since 2014, previously serving on the PFLAG Houston Board of Directors and currently serving on the PFLAG Brenham Board of Directors. She is a Registered Nurse in private practice with a research focus on transgender issues at both the master's and doctoral levels. She has raised five children, and enjoys traveling with her husband.
